veranda overlooking the pool. The chef and his team specialise in preparing
jolly good food! They use the freshest seasonal ingredients, most of which are
sourced locally, like the Lunsklip River Trout, Bonsmara Beef, and sub-tropical
fruits and nuts. All rooms have private verandas with mountain views. All accommodation suites and premier
rooms have log burning fireplaces where one can snuggle up on a chilly winter's
night.
